Woman cuts teen with a large kitchen knife in front of baby, Nebraska police say
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A woman is accused of cutting a teen with a large kitchen knife in front of a 1-year-old on Tuesday.
The Grand Island Police Department says this happened near South Greenwich Street and West Phoenix Avenue around 8 p.m.
Police say Shakirra Stone admitted to cutting the 17-year-old during a fight.
He was taken to a hospital to receive treatment for large lacerations on his right arm and left hand.
Stone is charged with child abuse, assault and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
