Women and local organizations work together to donate clothes

Women who have lost a lot of weight are donating clothes they can no longer wear. Profile by Sanford, a resource that provides lifestyle coaching to help members lose weight, delivered those clothes to a shelter this afternoon.

“We have decided to choose a non-profit organization here local to Lincoln and we have the honor to select Fresh Start as our non-profit organization,” Ella Salem, the Director of Partnerships said.

Fresh Start is a shelter that helps homeless women get back on their feet. The organization accepts women’s clothes,
hand bags, and shoes. So far, this has been a success.

Salem says Profile by Sanford has delivered over 30 bags of donated clothes to the Fresh Start program.

Donation items can be dropped off at Fresh Start on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The program is located on 65th and Havelock.
