York drunk driver arrested after blowing three times the legal limit

YORK, Neb. (KLKN) — Last week, a York County deputy was on patrol when he saw a vehicle traveling on gravel roads leaving York.
When the deputy caught up to the vehicle, he saw that the vehicle was stuck in the mud.
The deputy got out to assist the driver. As he was helping, he observed the driver was displaying multiple indicators of being impaired.
A preliminary breath test was conducted and Scott Velasquez-Lopez, 25, of York supplied a breath sample that was three times the legal limit of alcohol.
Velasquez-Lopez was arrested and lodged for driving under the influence.
