Zipline Brewing Company announces closure of brewing operations in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — After more than a decade of brewing beer, Zipline Brewing Company on Thursday announced it will stop its brewing operations.
Effective immediately, Zipline will close its taproom (2100 Magnum Circle, Lincoln, NE, 68522) and beer lounge (5740 Hidcote Drive, Suite B, Lincoln, NE, 68516), the company said in a Facebook post.
According to the company, the Zipline Tap & Grill, located at 575 Fallbrook Boulevard, will remain open and continue serving customers.
“As we evolve into a restaurant-focused organization, we are grateful for the opportunity to continue welcoming customers in this next chapter,” Zipline said in the social media post. “We close this chapter with immense pride, sincere gratitude, and deep appreciation for the journey we have shared together.”
Zipline first started brewing beer in Lincoln in 2012, with a mission to create beer for every occasion.
