OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A 19-year-old was arrested Sunday in connection to his father’s shooting.

The Omaha Police Department (OPD) said they responded to a home in South Omaha at midnight to find 46-year-old Lonnie Williams with apparent gunshot wounds.

Williams was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

His son, Malik Williams, was arrested for 1st-degree felony assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
