2 released from hospital after crash involving Beatrice ambulance in Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two employees for Beatrice Fire and Rescue are back home from the hospital after being injured from a crash in southeast Lincoln.
The department says a vehicle failed to yield to one of its ambulances at an intersection early Sunday morning while it was transferring a patient to Lincoln.
The ambulance is totaled for the crash. Beatrice Fire and Rescue says both employees hurt will be back at work soon. They will not give an update on the patient being transferred to keep their information private.
No word on the driver of the other vehicle involved.
