Cloud cover plagued much of eastern Nebraska on Saturday, keeping high temperatures in the 70s for many. Despite the clouds, most were dry on Saturday. There are some isolated showers in southeast Nebraska Saturday evening.
If you have Saturday night plans, you may have to dodge a few showers. However, this rain will be short-lived. The showers are going to be hit or miss, so consider yourself lucky if you see rain Saturday evening.
These showers will start to fall apart overnight Saturday and clouds will start to dissipate. Things look mostly clear on Sunday morning with lows near 61°.
Sunday will feature similar weather, but slightly warmer. Highs should top out in the low 80s for Lincoln under partly cloudy skies.
We’ll be expecting isolated showers and storms once again Sunday afternoon. Again, these storms will be hit or miss…so the entire day will not be a washout by any means.
Monday looks to feature more cloud cover and a slightly better rain chance, but the showers and storms will still be scattered in nature. Temperatures should remain in the 80s next week, with isolated showers and storms possible just about every day.
