LLCHD reports four more COVID-19 deaths
The four deaths bring the new total to 362 in Lancaster County.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department reported four more COVID-19 related deaths on Wednesday.
The four deaths include an unvaccinated man in his 50s, a vaccinated man in his 60s, a vaccinated woman in her 60s and an unvaccinated woman in her 70s. According to LLCHD, all were hospitalized. The four deaths bring the new total to 362 in Lancaster County.
LLCHD also reported 551 lab-confirmed COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
Local hospitals currently house 122 patients hospitalized due to COVID-19, 41 coming from other communities.
On Tuesday, Health Director Pat Lopez announced the COVID-19 Risk Dial moved to the red category. According to LLCHD, the red category indicates the risk of COVID-19 spread and impact in the community is severe.
LLCHD reported three COVID-19 deaths on Tuesday. The three deaths included a vaccinated man in his 50s and two unvaccinated women in their 70s, all hospitalized.
