Walk-in vaccination clinics available next week

LLCHD announced three walk-in vaccination clinics at local elementary schools for next week.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department announced three walk-in vaccination clinics at local elementary schools next week.

LLCHD announced the following walk-in vaccination clinics:

  • Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2:45 to 6 p.m., Prescott Elementary School, 1930 S. 20th Street.
  • Wednesday, Jan. 26, 4 to 6:30 p.m., Hartley Elementary School, 730 N. 33rd Street.
  • Thursday, Jan. 27, 3:15 to 6 p.m., Everett Elementary School, 1123 C Street.

The clinics will offer first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for age 5 and older. The clinic will also offer Pfizer booster doses for age 12 and older and Moderna booster doses for age 18 and older.

LLCHD says more than 65 percent of all Lancaster County residents are fully vaccinated and 59 percent of those age 12 and up have now received a booster or third dose.
