Chilly Friday, warmer weekend
It’s going to be another chilly day on Friday, but we quickly warm back up for the weekend. Much of next week is going to be very mild, as well!
We do have a chance for some storms Sunday night, then a rain chance Monday. After that we’ll be dry through the rest of the week.
Temperatures will start off cold Friday morning, but we warm up by the afternoon. A little. We’ll still be 20 degrees below average.
The wind chill will be very cold once again on Friday. We start off below zero, but will eventually warm into the teens.
Everybody will be colder than average on Friday. Highs will range from around 20 in Columbus to near 30 in Beatrice.
We do warm up as we head into the weekend, with 40s and 50s in the forecast. However, we have to get by one more snowfall potential early Friday.
Light snow will be possible early Friday. We will all stay under a half an inch of snow by mid morning.
