T-bone crash leaves driver trapped near Lincoln Airport

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A T-bone crash that smashed in a driver’s door early Friday morning near the Lincoln Airport is under investigation.

This happened near West Adams Street and North Park Road just after 6:30 a.m.

At least eight units were called to the scene.

One of the people involved in this two-vehicle collision was trapped inside after the impact.

Police said a single patient was taken to the hospital, but the extent of their injuries isn’t known.

LPD also said a driver blew a stop sign before the wreck.

No one has been identified so far, and police haven’t said if anyone will be ticketed.
