Neb. man gets 8 years in US prison for child porn

A 24-year-old Lincoln man convicted in federal court of possessing child pornography has been given eight years in prison.
A news release from the office of U.S. Attorney Deborah Gilg, of Nebraska, says Daniel Kuca was sentenced on Thursday.
He was indicted last April after investigators accessed files containing the child porn on a computer of Kuca's that was publicly accessible through a peer-to-peer network.
Investigators say they found about 50 pornographic videos on two computers seized last year at Kuca's home in Lincoln.
