Woman broke into cars, stole credit cards at east Lincoln dog park, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are searching for a woman who broke into two cars at an east Lincoln dog park last month.

On May 10, a woman smashed the windows of two vehicles that were parked at Holmes Lake Dog Park near 70th Street and Pioneers Boulevard.

Police said she took off with a purse and a wallet.  In security video, the woman was seen using the stolen credit cards at Walmart.

Police are also searching for a group that broke into a car at Ace Hardware near 14th and Superior Streets and took a backpack.

The trio arrived at the store in a silver Chevy Cruze, which had been reported stolen.
