UNL Police investigating argument involving gun on City Campus

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department is investigating an argument on campus that involved a gun Wednesday night.

Police said two people started arguing around 8:30 p.m. in a recreation area near 14th Street and Avery Drive.

At some point during the dispute, a man – who police described as “dark-complected,” 6 feet tall and slender – pulled out a gun.

Police said the man also had tattoos down both arms and short black hair.

By the time officers were made aware of the situation, the man had left the area.  He was spotted driving off in a white Chevy Malibu.
