LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska safety Myles Farmer has put his name in the transfer portal, On3’s Matt Zenitz reported Wednesday.

On Monday, head coach Matt Rhule announced that Farmer would be suspended indefinitely.

“Myles was suspended in the summer by us just for simple things, nothing major,” he said during a fall camp press conference.

In 2022, Farmer played in 11 games, finishing the season with 73 total tackles, the second-most on the team.

He also had four pass breakups and one interception.

Last year, Farmer was cited on suspicion of driving under the influence, and interim head coach Mickey Joseph suspended him for one game.
