SEWARD, Neb. (KLKN) – The Seward Blue Jays hosted the Grand Island Northwest Vikings at Concordia University on Friday.

Seward suffered its first loss of the season, with the Vikings winning 13-6.

Despite a solid punt return from Seward’s Edison Knott, the Blue Jays were unable to score in the first half.

But Viking quarterback Camden Johnson was able to secure six points with a pass to running back Lincoln Flagle.

Seward is set to take on Hastings at home next week.
