Man led Nebraska troopers on high-speed chase near Ogallala, patrol says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was caught with meth Saturday after a high-speed chase near Ogallala, the Nebraska State Patrol says.
Around 12:50 a.m., troopers learned that a stolen Subaru Legacy fled from a traffic stop in northeast Colorado and may have entered Nebraska.
Troopers spotted the vehicle going east on Interstate 80 near Ogallala and tried to pull it over.
But the driver, 19-year-old Kage Anthony of North Platte, sped off onto Highway 26.
The patrol said Anthony was going over 130 mph. He later came to a stop near Broadwater and was taken into custody.
Troopers found 13 grams of meth, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, according to the patrol.
Anthony was arrested on suspicion of several charges, including theft by receiving stolen property and possession of meth.
