NSAA postpones Nebraska state softball championship games due to weather

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska state softball championship games on Friday were postponed due to weather conditions.
In a post to social media, the Nebraska School Activities Association said the games will be moved to 11 a.m. Saturday.
NSAA STATE SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS SCHEDULE UPDATE:
Due to continuing weather conditions and the forecast showing little to no improvement today, the games that were scheduled for today at the NSAA State Softball Championship are POSTPONED until 11 AM tomorrow morning. #nebpreps

Lincoln Southwest is set to face Papillion-La Vista in the Class A championship at the Bill Smith Softball Complex in Hastings.
In Class B, Grand Island Northwest will take on Elkhorn North in the finals.
The Class C championship features a matchup between Wahoo Bishop Neumann and Ashland-Greenwood.
