70th Street in southeast Lincoln reopens following rollover crash

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — First responders were called to the scene of a rollover crash Tuesday in southeast Lincoln.

It happened around 11:45 a.m. at 70th Street and Pioneers Boulevard.

The driver of an SUV was trying to turn out of a parking lot, changed lanes and hit a car that was driving in the left lane, causing it to roll over.

No one was injured.  The driver of the SUV was cited for failure to safely change lanes.

A portion of 70th Street was closed for about an hour and a half; it has since reopened.
