Two Nebraska football players declare for 2024 NFL Draft

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska running back Anthony Grant and wide receiver Marcus Washington are headed to the NFL.

Both players made the announcement via their Twitter accounts on Saturday.

In 2023, Grant played 11 games for the Huskers, leading the program with 104 carries, 413 yards and 3 touchdowns.

The Husker running back began his career at Florida State then played two seasons at the New Mexico Military Institute before transferring to Nebraska in 2022.

In 2023, senior wide receiver Marcus Washington played in 6 games for the Huskers before suffering a season ending injury.

He finished the year with 8 catches for 176 yards.

Last season, Washington caught 31 passes for 471 yards and 1 touchdown.
