Lincoln’s CenterPointe looks ahead to providing new services in 2024
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – CenterPointe offers a variety of programs and services to the Lincoln community, including addiction and mental health treatment.
In 2023, the nonprofit partnered with the Lincoln Police Department to expand its street outreach team with the alternate response program.
CenterPointe said it’s committed to increasing services provided to the community.
“We are an agency that is really focused on how we are trying to evolve,” said Amber Dierks, senior director of community response.
Hours will also be extended three times a week to offer youth and psych services, as well as other groups and programs.
CenterPointe plans to expand its youth program. Services currently offered for youth include outpatient therapy, psych services and primary care.
In 2024, the nonprofit’s program expansion will also include a 24/7 crisis response service.
