Very mild week ahead
Fog will continue to be an issue across the state through the first part of the week, but afternoon sunshine should break out for most.
Temperatures will continue to be well above average, especially Tuesday through Thursday!
We saw quite a bit of rain on Saturday, especially in portions of south central and SE Nebraska. Some spots just NW of Hebron saw over an inch!
The rain cutoff was pretty sharp from Wahoo to Falls City east.
We will start the new week off with temperatures once again well above average. The average high is in the upper 30s.
We will start Monday in the upper 20s, so some slick spots will be possible on the untreated surfaces. We’ll warm up after some patchy fog burns off by the early afternoon.
Visibility will be at its lowest early in the day, then eventually burns off by the early afternoon.
More clouds are possible on Tuesday, but we crank up the heat Tuesday and Wednesday!
