LPD: Prank caller arrested for active shooter hoax at Lincoln’s Gateway Mall
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police say they were sent to Gateway Mall on Saturday on a false report of an active shooter.
Officers rushed to the mall’s Ross Dress for Less store about 7:30 p.m.
They found the 911 caller and determined that the call was a prank.
The caller was arrested.
