Police investigating deadly crash in north Omaha

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was killed early Friday morning in a crash in north Omaha.

Officers responded around 12:20 a.m. to a crash near 50th Street and Sorenson Parkway.

The driver, 38-year-old Praesh Swift, was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

An investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to call Omaha Crime Stoppers at 402-444-7867.

Sorenson Parkway was closed for several hours as officers investigated the crash.
