Find your treasures at the flea market in Lincoln this weekend
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – People in Lincoln shopped local Saturday at the 22nd annual Winterfest Flea Market, Antique and Junk Festival.
Two hundred vendors from across the region gathered at the Sandhills Global Event Center to sell things like trading cards, jewelry, books, and toy cars and tractors.
Douglas Bellinger, owner of All American Sales, said that vendors saw quite a turnout just on the first day and that some already sold everything.
“You know, today’s the first day, and we’ve had vendors that have already sold $2,500 to $5,000 worth of stuff,” he said.
You can also find some goodies such as nuts, kettle corn and Girl Scout cookies.
The event continues Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission is $8 for adults and free for kids 12 and under.
