WATCH: Man dips hot dog in drink while trespassing on Lincoln porch

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man enjoyed a tasty treat last month while trespassing at a north Lincoln home.

Police are searching for the man who went onto the victim’s porch near 33rd and Holdrege streets on March 28.

He sat down on a rocking chair and dipped a hot dog in a drink before leaving trash on the porch, police said.

The man wandered around the property and eventually left the area.

Police are also searching for two people who shoplifted at Home Depot near 70th and Nebraska Parkway on March 23.

The woman left with a “purse larger than what she walked in with,” according to police.  The man also took off with a cart full of Milwaukee tools.

In total, the duo stole about $1,500 worth of items, police said.  They drove off in a white pickup truck with no plates.

Anyone with information on either case is asked to call police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
