Tornado warning issued in eastern Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Severe storms marched east across Nebraska on Monday.
A tornado warning was issued Monday night for parts of Cass and Sarpy counties.
Just after 8 p.m., a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was 4 miles southwest of Murdock, according to the National Weather Service.
It was moving northeast at 50 mph, the weather service said.
The warning expired at 8:30 p.m.
Eastern Nebraska was under a tornado watch until 11 p.m.
