Congressional candidate Kate Bolz tests positive for COVID-19
Democratic congressional candidate Kate Bolz announced Wednesday she has tested positive for COVID-19.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Democratic congressional candidate Kate Bolz announced Wednesday she has tested positive for COVID-19.
“I am grateful for the care I have received and I will continue to quarantine while I recover,” Bolz said in a statement.
Bolz’s fiance, Lancaster County Board Chair Sean Flowerday, was confirmed positive with the virus Monday.
Bolz is running against incumbent Jeff Fortenberry for Nebraska’s First District.
