LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A bicyclist was injured Monday night in a crash in north Lincoln.

The crash happened around 7 p.m. at North 20th and Superior streets.

Police said a vehicle was heading west on Superior Street when it hit a 26-year-old Bellevue man on a bicycle.

The traffic signal for eastbound and westbound traffic was green, according to police.

The driver’s view was obstructed by another vehicle, causing him to not see the bicyclist, police said.

The bicyclist was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
