Two more COVID deaths reported in Lancaster County

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Officials with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) report two new COVID deaths in the community, with the total now at 146.
The individuals have been identified as a man and woman in their 80s who were in long-term care facilities.

Additionally, 193 new lab-confirmed cases were reported, bringing the community total to 21,654.

The county is reporting 6,381 people have recovered from COVID-19. While the weekly positivity rate is 24.4%.
As of today, 83 individuals are hospitalized with COVID-19 (45 from Lancaster County). A total of seven people were on ventilators.
