A hot and windy Husker game for your Saturday afternoon. Temperatures in the lower 90s by 3pm and dropping into the mid 80s by 7pm, with a nice breeze out of the southwest at 10-25mph. Make sure to stay hydrated and use sun protection if needed.
A red flag warning is in effect until 9pm CDT/ 8PM MDT this evening for the state of Nebraska. This is because of the heat and very dry conditions mixed with winds up to 30mph.
Tonight, temperatures slowly cooling down into the lower 60s by midnight.
This weekend starts off hot and windy with temperatures in the 90s. Sunday, temperatures cool off into the 70s, with a breeze out of the north at 5-15mph.
Most of us tonight in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Some spots out west could see upper 30s.

Temperatures warming back up into the mid to upper 80s by Wednesday. A much needed cooldown next weekend could bring some possible rain chances into the state.
