Spring turkey hunting permits available Monday

Starting January 11, turkey hunting permits for 2021 will be available

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- Starting Monday, January 11, spring turkey hunting permits for 2021 will be available from the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.

Nebraska is said to offer some of the best turkey hunting opportunities in the nation. Our state houses birds in every county.

In the spring, hunters can buy up to three permits, with a limit of one turkey per permit.

On March 25, the spring archery season will open. Youth shotgun opens on April 10, and the regular shotgun on April 17. All spring turkey seasons close on May 31.
