Three injured when Bellevue home explodes
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Three people were seriously injured Thursday when a duplex exploded in Bellevue.
It happened near 48th Street and Giles Road, KMTV reports.
Three were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
They were standing outside the building when it exploded, Bellevue Fire Capt. Frank Guido said.
On Friday, siding, glass and other pieces of the building were scattered on the ground.
Guido told KMTV that the cause of the explosion remains under investigation, but authorities suspect gas was involved.
