Lincoln sex offender accused of assaulting adolescent girl

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A convicted sex offender in Lincoln is back behind bars on new charges.
Tyler Huddleston, 36, was charged Monday with first-degree sexual assault of a child.
Lancaster County Judge Laurie Yardley set his bond at $1 million. He must pay $100,000 to be released from jail.
Court documents say Huddleston has been sexually assaulting a girl, who is now 13, for the last three years.
In 2009, Huddleston was convicted in Lincoln County of first-degree sexual assault of a minor.
He served nine years in prison.
Huddleston is set to appear in court on Jan. 16.
