Nebraska State Patrol, U.S. marshals arrest Texas murder suspect

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A murder suspect was arrested Saturday in eastern Nebraska after a joint law enforcement effort.

The Nebraska State Patrol arrested Alberto Perez-Milian near Goehner after the U.S. Marshals Service said he was driving through Nebraska on Interstate 80.

Perez-Milian is wanted by the Arlington Police Department in Texas in connection with a murder investigation, officials said.

He was arrested without incident and remains in custody in the Seward County Jail, according to the patrol.
