LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – President-elect Donald J. Trump will be sworn in as America’s 47th President on Monday, marking the second time he has taken the oath.

The inauguration will take place in the Rotunda inside the Nation’s Capitol due to the cold weather in Washington D.C.
