Roadwork on Highway 77 in Gage, Lancaster counties to begin in February

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska Department of Transportation on Monday announced two road construction projects on Highway 77 starting in February.
On Feb. 3, the road spanning from the Beatrice Airport to just north of Pickrell in Gage County will have lane closures.
The road just south of Cortland to just north of Princeton in Lancaster County will also have lane closures.
Work for these projects includes the sealing of cracks, along with the placement of armor coat and chip seal materials.
The project is expected to be completed by August.
