Crash closed part of I-80 west of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Drivers might see delays during their Thursday morning commute on Interstate 80 due to a crash.
Around 5:50 a.m., Nebraska 511 reported the crash involving a semi on westbound I-80, about 3 miles west of Lincoln.
The road was closed at marker 393, just north of Emerald, according to Nebraska 511.
Traffic cameras showed heavy traffic in the area. The road has since been reopened.
Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol helped with traffic flow as travelers approached the area.
Drivers were asked to take Highway 6 or Highway 34 as alternate routes.
The details of the crash are unknown at this time.
