Missing and wanted York woman is found

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Authorities in southeast Nebraska found a missing York woman on Thursday who also had a warrant for her arrest.

The York Police Department said Wednesday that 52-year-old Jodi Desbien was last seen about midnight on March 13.

The department said it was a missing person case and did not say that Desbien was wanted.

On Thursday night, the Thayer County Sheriff’s Office announced that it had arrested Desbien about 6:45 p.m. in rural Chester.

She had a drug-related arrest warrant, according to the sheriff’s office.

Desbien is being held at the Thayer County Jail awaiting transportation to York County.
