Two-vehicle crash in southeast Lincoln sends one to hospital
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A two-vehicle crash in southeast Lincoln on Saturday sent one driver to the hospital with minor injuries.
Around 12:30 p.m., first responders were sent to the intersection of Nebraska Parkway and Old Cheney Road.
According to the Lincoln Police Department, a 2011 Lincoln Town and Country ran a red light at the intersection, crashing into a 2020 Toyota Highlander.
In a video sent to our NOW Local News App, you can see heavy damage to both vehicles and the driver of the Town and Country receiving medical treatment.
That driver was cited and released, and taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
