LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)—President Donald Trump is expected to announce Tuesday plans to build a massive missile defense system, ABC News reports.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Gen. Michael Guetlein, the Pentagon’s vice chief of space operations, are joining Trump for the 2 p.m. announcement.
