One injured in shooting at Nebraska Walmart

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — One person was injured Tuesday in a shooting at a northeast Nebraska store.

The Columbus Police Department said it responded to a shooting at Walmart about 6:20 p.m.

One male was taken to Columbus Community Hospital, according to the police department.

Another male was taken into custody.

Police said there that there is no threat to the public and that the investigation is ongoing.
