Vehicle catches fire at west Lincoln manufacturing plant
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln Fire & Rescue put out a car fire in west Lincoln on Wednesday evening.
The fire was reported about 5:30 p.m. at Zoetis at West Cornhusker Highway and Northwest Seventh Street.
Zoetis makes animal medicine and vaccines.
It was close to one of the buildings, so extra units were called in to help, LFR Battalion Chief Aaron Pospisil said.
Crews were able to keep the fire from spreading to any buildings.
No one was injured, but the vehicle is likely a total loss, Pospisil said.
