Police: Man caught in Grand Island park bathroom with meth and exposed genitals

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man was arrested at a park in Grand Island on Thursday after police say he was hanging out in the bathroom with a bag of meth — and bare genitals.
Just after 10 a.m., officers with the Grand Island Police Department were sent to Eagle Scout Park for a welfare check.
According to the police department, Edward Sinner was in a park bathroom, sitting on the floor with his genitals exposed.
Items on the floor next to him were “used for sexual gratification,” according to a press release.
A bag of suspected methamphetamine was also found in Sinner’s possession.
After investigation, police said they found Sinner had a no-trespass order for Grand Island parks.
Sinner was arrested on suspicion of second-degree trespassing, public indecency and possession of a controlled substance.
He was taken to the Hall County Jail.
