LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Fire & Rescue responded to a garage fire Sunday morning in the Woods Park neighborhood.
LFR was called to the scene at 27th and J streets about 9:20 a.m.
Crews put out the flames within 10 minutes, according to Capt. Tim Stohlmann.
The fire started in a garbage can and spread to the detached garage, LFR said.
Stohlmann said the cause of the fire is under investigation.
The amount of damage has not yet been determined.
