If you’re heading down to the game in Kansas City tomorrow, expect prime-time football weather as Nebraska takes on Cincinnati down at Arrowhead Stadium. Mostly cloudy in and around the Kansas City area on Thursday, with high temperatures in the mid-70s.

Stormcast does show a few showers to the south of Kansas City early Thursday morning, but the drive down should be smooth for those heading down from Lincoln with a few clouds along the way.

Storm chances hit the forecast beginning on Saturday, with small chances for rain continuing through the holiday weekend and into early next week. Even cooler temperatures look to be ahead for the back half of next week with high temperatures in the lower 70s.
