Doane volleyball completes reverse sweep vs. Morningside

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Tigers stormed back in a Saturday battle vs. the Mustangs after being down two sets. Morningside won the first two sets 25-21, 25-22.

But, Doane didn’t go down without a fight. The Tigers won the final three sets 25-23, 25-18, 15-8.

Sophomore Brooke Larsen recorded 22 kills, and 14 digs. Natalie Wood also had 21 kills. The Tigers recorded their 10th win of the season, improving to 10-9 overall.

The Tigers will begin a three match road trip, starting with Kansas Wesleyan Tuesday. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m.
