A breezy and cool weekend ahead
This weekend will feel a bit like Fall across the state! Temperatures will be in the 60s and 70s under mostly sunny skies and breezy winds around 25 mph. There could be a chance for a few sprinkles Saturday evening in northeast Nebraska.
Through this morning, a few showers and thunderstorms are possible in SE Nebraska as the cold front pushes east this afternoon.
Keep a jacket nearby tonight. Friday night lights will be pleasant and a bit chilly by the fourth quarter. Temperatures in the upper 60s by 7pm and dipping down into the upper 50s by 10pm.
Meanwhile out in Minneapolis, the Husker game looks to be the same story! Temperatures feeling chilly with a bit more cloud cover.
High temperatures this afternoon will reach the low to upper 70s under mostly sunny skies. Cooler out west where the cold front has moved through already.
The next few mornings look to be getting chilly and cold out towards the west. Saturday morning, temperatures will reach the upper 30s out near the panhandle and 40s out east.
This weekend will be quite pleasant but a bit breezy! Next week, lots of sunny skies across the state with temperatures in the 60s and 70s. We could be tracking a more active weather pattern by late next weekend (OCT 26-28).
