This afternoon, high temperatures feeling quite pleasant, especially further west. There will be breezy SW winds through the morning hours. Sunshine will be out all day across Nebraska with winds easing by 1PM.

10 days until Christmas! If you still need to do some decorating, the next few days look great. Expect sunny skies, light and variable winds, and temperatures in the 50s and 60s through Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday, a cold front moves in, bringing stronger winds and colder temperatures.
Hoping for a cold and white Christmas? Much of the U.S. is expected to see above‑average temperatures. Here in Lincoln, the average high is 40°, and temperatures through next week will generally range between 40–54°.
Precipitation-wise, the Pacific Northwest looks to be above normal, while much of the eastern U.S. is expected to stay drier than average with limited precipitation chances.
