A Beautiful Tuesday- Foggy Christmas Eve
Another well above average Tuesday afternoon! Highs today reaching the 50s and 60s, with LIGHT winds and mostly sunny skies. Really, a beautiful December day before dense fog and chillier air through Christmas afternoon.
Christmas morning, much of the eastern half of the state will be seeing visibilities less than a half mile. The fog will hang around through Thursday afternoon.
Another well above average Tuesday afternoon across Nebraska! Highs reaching the 50s and 60s with plenty of sunshine and LIGHT WINDS. Temperatures this week will stay mild, ranging from 54–62°, with mostly/partly sunny skies. Dense fog will develop Christmas Eve and Christmas day for much of the state. The thickest fog will be Christmas morning. Take the holiday travels a bit slower! Temperatures will be cooler due to the thick fog. Enjoy the holiday warmth, especially Friday! Precipitation chances through next week look to be slim. The next best chance for precipitation will be near January 2-4, 2026!
